Terms of Service
These terms cover using easy2gift. We've kept them short and in plain English — if anything is unclear, just ask.
What easy2gift is
easy2gift helps you find gifts. You describe who you're shopping for, and we generate gift ideas and match them to real products listed by online retailers.
We are a discovery tool, not a shop. We do not sell, stock, or ship any of the products shown. Every purchase happens on the retailer's own site, under their terms, pricing, and returns policy.
Accounts
You can try easy2gift without an account. Once your free searches are used, you'll need to create one to continue.
You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has access.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, or older where your country requires it.
Subscriptions and billing
easy2gift Premium costs $4.99 per month or $19.99 per year. Prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
You can cancel any time from your account, and you'll keep Premium until the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't charge a cancellation fee.
If a payment fails we may retry it for a few days before access ends.
Refunds
Cancelling stops future charges but doesn't automatically refund the current period.
If something has gone wrong — you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or the service didn't work — email jiaweiyu2009@gmail.com and we'll put it right. We'd rather refund an unhappy customer than argue about it.
Fair use
Each plan includes a set number of searches, shown on your account page. Searches cost us money to run, so we apply limits and rate limiting to keep the service working for everyone.
Please don't use automated tools to scrape the service, resell access, or try to bypass the limits.
Affiliate links
Some links to retailers are affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you buy something. It never costs you more, and it doesn't affect which products we show you.
What we don't promise
Gift suggestions are generated automatically and product details — price, availability, ratings — come from retailers and can be out of date or wrong. Always check on the retailer's site before buying.
We provide the service as-is. We can't guarantee it will always be available or that every suggestion will suit.
Ending your access
You can stop using easy2gift and delete your account at any time.
We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or break these terms. If we do so without good reason, we'll refund any unused paid time.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you — pricing, for instance — we'll tell subscribers by email before it takes effect.
